Based in South London, I design and bake everything from showstopping wedding cakes to birthday creations that steal the spotlight – and yes, I can deliver across London and local surrounding areas.

I’ve been baking since I could reach the counter (huge thanks to my Grandma Joan), but my skills really levelled up when I competed on The Great British Bake Off in 2019. Now, I’m all about turning your wildest cake dreams into reality – think flawless finishes, bold designs, and flavours that’ll have your guests coming back for seconds (or thirds, no judgment).

As a born-and-bred Yorkshire girl, I’m all about that proper stuff – I believe the secret to incredible cakes is using the best, high-quality ingredients. I’ve even got the local Brixton Egg Man on speed dial who keeps me stocked with the freshest, free-range eggs straight from a Surrey farm.

I’m also big on doing my bit for the planet. From switching to biodegradable piping bags to making conscious choices in every part of my process. I’m always looking for ways to keep things as sustainable as possible – without compromising on taste or style. Because great cake shouldn’t cost the earth, literally.
